To open an account in a Turkish bank, you will need to take your passport to the Samsun Revenue Office (Samsun Defterdarlığı) which is located in the center of the city. The Revenue Office will provide you a document that you can use to open a bank account. With that document you can apply any bank where you would like to have an account.
