Using Medical Services
Exchange students can apply to Health, Culture and Sports Directorate (HCSD) for their health problems. Within the frame of facilities and legislation, examination and treatment of students are leading by the directorate. In the situation requiring examination and treatment, the student may be directed to the hospitals by HCSD. There are many state and private hospitals around Samsun University.
In Turkey ;
- medical doctors at the hospitals consult their patients from 08:00 a.m to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00 p.m, Monday to Friday.
- Emergency Service is available 7/24,
- Appointment is necessery for some services, please be informed,
Information about medical reports:
Students may miss their classess, exams etc. In order to take make up exams or to finish their incomplete tasks, they should get a medical report. For this medical report to be valid, it must be sealed by the hospital.
